This terms & conditions written by Viet Value Travel Co., Ltd. It applies to all people who made travel booking to Tuan Khai Travel which is belong to Viet Value Travel Co., Ltd. Once you have your booking with Viet Value Travel Co., Ltd, you are agreed with below terms of service. If you do not agree with those terms, please don't use any of our travel services.
Hotel
Cancellation &
Cancellation Fee
All
cancellations must
be received in
writing, sent to us
via fax or email.
The following rules
apply for
cancellations:
If notification of
cancellation is
received in 14
working days or more
prior to arrival:
-
No cancellation charge but US$ 10. 00 plus a credit card processing fee will be applied.
If notification of cancellation is received between 7-14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date :
-
Cancellation charge of 10% rate plus a credit card processing fee will be applied.
If notification of cancellation is received less than 2-6 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date:

Cancellation charge of 40% rate plus Bank Fee will be applied.
If notification of cancellation is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date:
-
Cancellation charge of 100% rate. ( full length stay will be charged)
If
cancellation is
failed to make, full
charge of your
booking is applied.
Tour Cancellation
& Cancellation Fee

cancellations must

The following rules
apply for
cancellations:
More than thirty (30) days prior to departure:

The total deposit paid to us (20% or US$ 100) less the administrative fee in accordance with canceling advanced arrangements, will be valid for one (1) year from the date the deposit was received. During this time (365 days) the amount can be applied to other tours and services. After one (1) year the deposit amount is forfeited.
Less than Thirty (30) days prior to departure:
-
Complete forfeiture of deposit, due to hotel charges we incur for guest no-shows.
Children
Policy
Children
under 12 years are
generally granted a
reduction of 30% of
the tour price,
provided that they
are accompanied by
at least two
full-paying adults
and stay in the same
room. An extra bed
is fully charged as
an adult.
Deposit &
Payment
Full payment is
required & applied
to all hotel's
bookings.
A deposit of 20% of
the tour price per
person plus bank
charges (credit
card/bank transfer
processing fees) is
required upon
confirmation of your
booking (If this
amount is less than
US$100, a US$100 per
person deposit will
apply). Once a
deposit is received
it is understood
that you have read,
understood and
accepted all our
Terms and Conditions
.
The remaining
balance of the tour
price (80%) is due
no later than 30
days of tour
departure. Otherwise
cancellation rules
will apply.
Unused
Services
No refunds
or exchanges can be
made with respect to
accommodation,
meals, sightseeing
tours, transport or
any other services,
included in the tour
price, but not
utilized by the tour
members.
Travel documents
will be compiled
after the deposit
has been received
and are sent two or
three weeks prior to
departure. These
documents will be
sent via email, and
should be printed
out by participants
and retained as a
receipt.
Responsibility
All
possible care is
taken to ensure that
our suppliers
maintain the highest
possible standards.
However, we are not
responsible in any
way for problems,
however they arise,
that result from the
booking of services
we do not directly
control.
Viet Value Travel,
its subsidiaries,
affiliated
companies, servants
or agents shall not
be responsible or
become liable in
contract or tort for
any injury, damage,
loss, delay to
person or property,
additional expenses
or inconvenience
caused directly or
indirectly due to
any events beyond
our control.
Refunds
At Viet
Value Travel, you do
not have to pay for
anything you do not
get as we have
committed with you
while making your
reservation.
Moreover, any kind
of fault services
under our control
will be refunded to
customers. Please do
let us know if you
are in one or all of
cases below:

Air - conditioner does not work at all
-
Poor, rude or irrespective tour guides and drivers
Validity
This
information is valid
at the time of
publication but is
subject to change
without prior
notice. However,
should any changes
occur, they will be
posted on the
website immediately.
However, should the
Terms and Conditions
change after the
deposit is paid, the
Terms and Conditions
under which the
deposit was paid
shall apply.
